Disney, Magic Delivered

The Brief
Disney’s ecrm was a dog’s dinner with business lines pushing to hit their numbers at the expense of the user experience. They also had a streaming service to launch against competitors like Netflix who’d already secured better streaming deals from Disney!

The Creative
Working as CD we challenged Disney to change its approach to its existing ecrm, by putting the consumer first and using data to personalise the experience to create comms a fairy-tale princess would be proud of.

Helped develop and incorporate a new, visually rich, Disney Life experience and deliver it to Disney’s customer base against extreme timelines and issues with product development in the US.

Proactively come up with ideas to help promote Disney’s Healthy Living mission.
