With senior management conscious over the huge new win I helped develop closer and smarter ways of working with the brand and client teams, mentored and brought on the new creative and account-team hires, worked to implement new technology, data and customer insight strategies, developed by the agency, to create both hyper-personalised and harder working creative.
From iPhones paranoid about being up-graded, AR experiences to improve the every-day, to personalised video, clever old-school DM, and even Apple Business chat we always pushed to give their comms the step-change it needed.
