BT & EE pitch win for Wunderman. CD accounts including EE

Overview
After freelancing on the BT & EE pitch win I was asked to stay to bed in EE and run creative output for Shell and Samsung.

Role
Wunderman’s pitch win meant becoming BT and EE’s lead direct-marketing engagement agency, encompassing acquisition and retention in both consumer and business to business markets.

I was asked to stay to help bed-in EE whilst also looking after the creative output of both of other accounts including Samsung.

My role included working to implement the creative, data and customer insight strategies developed by the agency in order to create both hyper-personalised and harder working creative work.

Day-to-day running of the accounts included brand guardianship, training and mentoring the new influx of creative and also account hires as the agency grew massively – including during the JWT merger. I helped develop closer and smarter ways of working with the brands and client teams, especially with EE

I also helped Shell launch it’s Go Well initiative in its lucrative ecrm channels and helped create a rapid work delivery model with Adobe and Samsung to turn their comms around as quickly as possible.
